MDABLE Physicians began as a locums company for hospitalists. Our primary goal was to make things easier for the physicians we placed at new hospitals. One of the senior partners would always go and work with a group first. This allowed us to find the road blocks, the trouble makers and identify the local super stars who could help our colleagues.
My Story
As the founder, my odyssey began with a deep conviction: that physicians deserve a more equitable share of their hard-earned rewards. This belief sparked the inception of ABLE Physicians, a platform designed to empower locum physicians by redirecting the majority of earnings where they rightfully belong.
My initial pursuit led me to develop the Physicians Better Way course, a transformative experience that laid the groundwork for Single Mom MD. These ventures share a common thread—the relentless pursuit of balance amidst the demanding realms of medical practice and personal life. At ABLE Physicians, we recognize the unique challenges physicians face and strive to provide solutions that foster holistic well-being.
This is more than a business; it’s a personal commitment to overcoming the overwhelm that often plagues our medical community. We advocate for dedicated self-care, recognizing its pivotal role in reducing physician suicide and fostering a sense of community where no one feels alone.
